After purchasing this farmhouse in 2020, the client’s family enjoyed sharing their beloved second home with friends and relatives. Now, preparing to rent it as a vacation property on sites like Airbnb and VRBO, they needed to clear out clutter, store personal belongings, and inventory everything for guest use. The biggest project was the kitchen, where years of visits had left behind outdated food and a mix of mismatched items. We sorted every appliance, piece of cookware, cup, plate, and utensil; reconfigured the layout for better flow; and labeled key areas so guests can easily return items to their proper place. We also created a detailed inventory so the owner knows exactly what’s on hand — and can quickly answer questions from potential guests (for example: “Do you have an air fryer?” Answer: Yes!).
